Property manager wanted for the sustainable district of the future – Greenzone, Umeå
About the service
Greenzone at Ersboda is more than a neighborhood – it is a model for sustainable urban development with smart energy solutions, upcoming solar park, micro grid, and sustainable building materials as well as committed commercial tenants. Greenzone has 2,500-3,000 motorists who visit Greenzone daily and for us it is important that visitors have a positive and pleasant experience. As a property manager in the area, you will be a key person in ensuring the operation, safety and well-being of our future buildings and our commercial tenants. You will be responsible for maintenance, technical care, fault reports, inspections, fire protection and energy saving work – where both technical knowledge and service spirit are crucial.

Duties and tasks
- Handling fault reports, technical troubleshooting, taking care of green areas and various types of repairs
- Carry out inspections and planned maintenance
- Supervision of technical installations and fire protection
- Supporting energy saving measures and sustainable operations
- Communicate with tenants, contractors and property owners
- Document in case management system
We are looking for you who…
- Has relevant education in operations and maintenance or real estate technology
- Previously worked as a caretaker or with similar tasks
- Has a B driving license; B96/BE and a wheel loader license is an advantage
- Is technically interested, structured and solution-focused
- Good computer skills, communication skills and a sense of service
- Thrives on working independently but also in teams
Additional skills
- Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, locks/access systems, white goods service or energy systems
- Interest in sustainability and energy efficiency solutions
